Wake to breathtaking sunrises, vibrant sunsets and the brilliance of the Milky Way. Enhance your stargazing experience from our second-level balcony with our telescope, bringing the cosmos closer. The space Spacious rooms; The heart of the home is our chef-inspired kitchen, fully equipped for culinary adventures with a double oven, warming drawer, microwave drawer, induction cooktop, ice maker, dishwasher, and a Keurig coffee machine. With seating for fifteen, everyone can gather comfortably at the main table (seats 8), the kitchen island (seats 4), or the cozy wall table (seats 3). Prepare meals with breathtaking ocean views as your backdrop, thanks to two expansive eight-foot by twelve-foot sliding glass doors. Keep an eye out for playful dolphins or the gentle glide of a manatee – a truly unforgettable sight! The luxurious master suite on the first floor boasts a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom featuring separate his and her vanities, an oversized walk-in shower with a relaxing rain head and a convenient seating area, and a private water closet with a bidet. Enhance your shower experience by connecting your favorite music via the Bluetooth-enabled exhaust fan. The main level also offers a convenient powder room, a laundry room with a washer and dryer, and a spacious living area where you can sink into the expansive sectional couch and be captivated by the spectacular panoramic ocean views. Upstairs, you'll find three additional bedrooms: two with comfortable queen-size beds and private bathrooms, and a third bedroom perfect for families or friends, featuring a queen-over-twin bunk bed and access to a shared common bathroom with a shower. For entertainment, the second floor offers a foosball table, a classic Pac-Man game console, and a card game table. Relax on the comfortable sectional couch or the additional couch, which conveniently pulls out into a bed. An extra blow-up bed is available in the bunk room closet for flexible sleeping arrangements. Step out onto your private 10’x36’ deck on either level and unwind with comfortable seating while soaking in the refreshing ocean breeze and stunning views. Forget struggling with stairs! Our custom elevator makes transporting groceries and luggage between floors a breeze, ensuring a stress-free arrival and departure. Remember, the elevator is not a toy and should only be used with adult supervision. Adventure awaits!
