The space This accommodation, which can accommodate up to 5 people, has a beautiful living room with sofa bed and armchair, a fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom, separate toilet, a bedroom. The apartment: Located on the 4th floor and top floor with elevator, the accommodation consists of the following: Living area: - A beautiful bright living room with a seating area with a sofa bed (2 pull-out beds 80 x 190), a convertible armchair (80 x 190), a TV and a dining area with a dining table that can accommodate up to 5 guests. - A fully equipped kitchenette: fridge, 2-burner glass-ceramic stovetop, microwave grill, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker. - Bathroom with bathtub, sink, hairdryer, clothes drying rack. - a toilet Night area: - Bedroom: one double bed 140 x 190 Common spaces: - individual ski locker in common room on the ground floor - laundry on the ground floor Household products are at your disposal. Please replace what you have finished. You will also find household utensils (vacuum cleaner, broom, Spanish broom, clothes rack, iron, ironing board, etc.). Activities: In winter, a multitude of activities around skiing are available to you in the Superbagnères ski area with 32 km of slopes: skiing, Nordic skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, sledding but also paragliding or gliding to discover the region from the sky! From March to October, relax with a spa treatment in the heart of the sumptuous Quinconces Park! In summer, you can discover the many hiking trails: Cazarilh-Laspène, Gouffre d'Enfer, Le Pic de Céciré... Take the opportunity to stroll along the shores of Lake Oô and admire the splendid view of the Haut-Garonne peaks or go for a trail or climbing course! Many other activities and events are available to you: mini-golf, golf, football, theater, concerts, Tour de France, Plant Festival, Flower Festival, Christmas market… Guest access Self-check-in via smart lock from 4pm. Code activation at 4pm. Checkout is no later than 11 a.m. in the presence of a person from the garden concierge. Luggage storage possible in secure room but accessible to different tenants who need to drop off their luggage. We are therefore not liable for any theft. Other things to note - Pets not allowed. - No smoking allowed. - The accommodation has Wifi. - Bed linen, towels, tea towels, bath mat, tablecloth are not included but you can rent them from the concierge. - possibility to rent childcare equipment from the concierge (baby bed, booster seat) - Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenants who must return the accommodation in the same condition as they found it and ready to welcome a new rental immediately.
