If you rent a golf cart, there is an outlet available for cart charging in your parking area at the villa. Bath towels & beach towels are provided in the unit for your use, and bed linens are also provided for all WEEKLY rentals. We look forward to your stay with us! There are beach supplies including chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys available for your use, and a beach wagon to easily transport items to the beach. There is also a pack & play and high chair available in the unit. There is a covered porch with comfortable deck furniture and a dining table to enjoy beautiful sunset views, and a pond with lots of happy turtles – fun entertainment for both kids and adults. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, dishwasher, DVD players, cable TV in every room, high speed internet throughout, games for all ages, an elevator, ocean & marsh views, and is a short walk to the beach.
