Sterling Ridge View is a beautiful newly built two-bedroom home where comfort, convenience, and spectacular views reign. Careful thought was taken in the design of this lovely home, and it is evident from the moment you enter. The ample entryway boasts a wall full of hooks, benches, and storage with space for plenty! It is flanked by a powder room on one side and a dedicated laundry room on the other. The vaulted ceilings with wood accent beams in the living room give the space an airy feel inside and the wall of picture windows frame the spectacular mountain views outside. The large and inviting sectional couch and TV are great for relaxing. A dining area shares the space and views, and the bright kitchen is adjacent—thoughtfully laid out, well-stocked, and beautiful finishing touches. A deck is off the back of the house and with a privacy fence and expansive vistas, it’s a great spot to hang out. A twin bedroom with a private bath is located on one side of the house and the primary suite is privately situated on the opposite side. In both cases, the rooms and bathrooms offer loads of light, comfortable beds and cozy linens, clean lines, and rich finishes. The convenient location allows for quick access to Stowe Village, the Mountain, and Morrisville—in all locations you’ll find fantastic dining, shopping, and outdoor recreation options!
