Our newly remodeled pet friendly studio apartment is 10 minutes to downtown and has a private entrance and totally private deck overlooking a large backyard in a quiet safe neighborhood .The rest of our home is downstairs and completely separate. The space has a new king size bed with premium hybrid mattress and a new sleeper sofa .Bathroom with shower and large soaker tub. Stocked coffee bar with a mini fridge and microwave/ keurig. Large tv with Netflix, Hulu, etc..We have fast fiber WiFi . The space Enjoy your own private comfortable and very clean studio apartment with large private backyard deck. The apartment is attached to our home. The downstairs of house is ours and you have the entire upstairs apartment with it’s own private entrance. You have your own separate heat and air conditioning. You will enter the apartment from the upstairs deck with a key code. The studio has just been remodeled and newly furnished and has a very comfy king bed with a brand new hybrid mattress. There is also a new sofa bed and kitchen table with 2 upholstered dining chairs. There is a coffee bar/kitchenette that is stocked with a keurig, microwave, mini fridge/freezer and electric water kettle. There is no kitchen sink but we provide bottled water and disposable cups and to go coffee cups. We also provide coffee pods, tea and creamers, etc. The bathroom has a large soaker tub and a shower. We provide linens, blankets, towels. There is a fenced yard in front for your pups and an extra large fenced backyard( please leash your pup in backyard) Our house is an older sixties home that we have updated. We plan to update the exterior in the future. Stuart Heights is a very safe and well loved neighborhood. Guest access You will have your own private deck and entrance and space. We will give you the code to the smart lock on the door to the apartment. Other things to note Our studio is dog friendly to well behaved dogs. Please let me know a bit about your pooch when you book. The road in front of house is a two lane residential street but does have a good bit of traffic. We provide a noise machine and a box fan for white noise if you need a very quiet sleep.
