Located in Grant Park, one of Atlanta's most historic & energetic pocket neighborhoods, you can easily walk to your choice of shops, restaurants & breweries, not to mention super convenient access to Zoo Atlanta, Georgia State University & Downtown. Perfect for small groups, families, or work trips. The space This contemporary home is covered in art and greenery to make you feel bright and warm during your stay! There are two private bedrooms upstairs, one with a king bed and one with a queen bed, each with their own smart TV. If your party has a 5th guest, we can provide you with an air mattress to set up in the living room. There is one full bathroom upstairs, stocked with a blow dryer, plush towels, hand towels and make up towels, and one half bath downstairs with a complimentary washer / dryer. Upstairs you will find a cozy seating area. This space doubles as an exercise area with an open floor space and yoga mats. The living room includes a comfy sofa, arm chair and and 50" smart TV. We offer a fully loaded kitchen, with everything you need to cook up a storm. We even have a keurig for getting your caffeine fix in the morning ;). On the back deck, we have patio furniture, and string lights for you to enjoy a quiet moment outside. Guest access Our guests have free off-street parking space in our driveway for one car. There are also extra street parking spots available on Little Street, and the neighborhood is safe. We use a keyless entry system so our guests can check in online and enter home using a unique door code provided by Abnb. Other things to note There is a 1 bedroom apt attached outside this house with it's own entrance. It does not impede on your place at all. It is below the house. Parking for this apartment is on Little street. I love our furry friends but NO pets are allowed. No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes inside the home. Failure to comply will result in a $1000.00 fee. There is a decibel in the unit that displays noise levels, temperature, time and humidity.
