Spacious, bright, its design allows both the pleasure of living well together and for everyone to enjoy moments of intimacy. Ideal for family or friend gatherings and forget about worries and hassles for a stay. Its 45 m² terrace offers breathtaking views of the Ecrins massif, a magnificent escape to the north on the Serre-Chevalier valley towards the Lautaret pass, to the south on the Durance valley, which runs towards the Mediterranean. Let's not forget in winter the view of the illuminated Prorel slope, which will allow you to watch skiers practice night skiing and sometimes enjoy the torchlight retreat, whose magic will undoubtedly amaze young and old, all without moving. After a day in the great outdoors with skis or snowshoes on your feet, you will enjoy a hot chocolate in front of a good wood fire in the fireplace, a game of billiards on the mezzanine. Sometimes, in the evening, you may be able to see the deer that sometimes come down behind the cottage. But Shhhhh!!!! Maybe in December they are Santa's emissaries??? The children will be good!!! In autumn, even if the days have shortened, nature is adorned with its most beautiful finery. Splendid, the larch forests are covered with gold, the sweetness of a late summer, the blue sky and the sun are still there, and the walks in the Parc des Ecrins are of the most beautiful effect. In summer, the barbecue, pizza oven, bar and outdoor kitchen, garden, boules court lit in the evening, on the way back from your hikes or walks in the mountains will make your summer evenings unforgettable. Now there are two other terraces with garden furniture and braziers, both with stunning views of the mountains and the forts at the foot of which the chalet is built. Ensuring your well-being, a sauna and a Norwegian bath have been installed for total rest. Come see us, we'll be happy to host you. Guest access Lo Le Haut du Chalet in its entirety, totally independent of the small apartment (4 to 6 people) located below, note however that there is no one opposite. The layout of the land means that each apartment has its own independent entrance on the ground floor, each with its own outdoor garden space, terrace... Only the main access and the barbecue are in common, however, note that the barbecue has two fireplaces which allows everyone to have their own use. The bowling game can be shared for lively petanque games and end with a friendly aperitif. Other things to note Close to the city center of Briançon (900 m) you will find all the shops: Shopping center (Leclerc but also Carrefour and Casino,) and then shops such as grocery store, bar, restaurant, hairdresser... Having a vehicle is more convenient to get around, go as close as possible to the starting points of walks, it gives greater freedom than the use of urban transport or shuttles.
