Step outside to the outdoor dining area - the perfect place for morning coffee, wine or BBQ. The space Feel at home with three bedrooms and two bathrooms to comfortably accommodate up to six people. The house includes central heating to every room, a spilt system air conditioner in the kitchen, free Netflix and unlimited WIFI, three smart TV's, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and basic pantry items, and a full laundry with washing machine and dryer. Built in 1914, this heritage Cottage is positioned in a quiet street in Central Historic Ballarat, away from busy roads, and only a 4-minute drive to the CBD. Bedrooms All bedrooms feature beautiful quality bedlinen, electric blankets, winter warm doonas and summer coverlets, ducted central heating, and extra bedding to ensure the perfect night’s sleep. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a small ensuite with a rainfall shower, complimentary bath products, and a small walk-in robe. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, built in wardrobe, and ornamental (non-working) fireplace. The third bedroom has 2 single beds, 50inch smart TV, 2 bedside tables, a luggage rack, and coat rack. Kitchen/Living The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, full size oven and fridge, pantry items, Nespresso coffee machine with a variety of pods, and fresh milk in the fridge. We provided complimentary breakfast supplies for the first morning of your stay. The vintage round dining table seats 6 and looks out onto the deck and cottage garden. The kitchen area also includes a desk and a reading space with 2 vintage armchairs to view the 58inch wall mounted TV, which can be swiveled to be viewed from the deck outside. The kitchen is joined to the central lounge room with a 3-seater couch, 2 recliner chairs, ornamental (non-working) fireplace, 50inch swivel wall mounted TV, books, games, and puzzles. Bathroom/Laundry The main bathroom has a full-size bath with a rainfall shower over the bath, complimentary bath products, plenty of hanging space and extra towels, and a separate toilet. A fully equipped laundry with washing machine, dryer, laundry liquid, iron, ironing board, and there is a small clothesline outdoors. Outdoors Unwind on the covered deck and dining area, with a 6-seater table and BBQ, which overlooks the peaceful garden and private backyard. There is also a separate covered area with 2 Adirondack padded chairs, and 2 adult bicycles with helmets. Feed the friendly rosellas with our complimentary birdseed. Relax on the soft green lawn, stop to smell the roses, watch the birds fly in and out, and enjoy a glass of wine on the shaded deck. This relaxing cottage is yours to enjoy. Guest access The entire house is for your private use including a peaceful & secure backyard garden. Guests can check-in at any time after 2pm using the easy key safe. As your hosts we respect your privacy but are available by phone or email to ensure you have a comfortable stay. Other things to note No smoking. No pets. No parties/events. No loud music. No extra people are allowed at the property other than paying guests at any time.
