Spacious basement room in a quiet residential area. 13-15 min. drive to Evenes airport (Harstad/Narvik airport), 50 min. to Harstad, 50 min. to Narvik, 2.5 hours to Svolvær (Lofoten) and 3.5 hours to Tromsø. 3 min. to grocery store. Separate bathroom for guests, possible to use owner's kitchen and outdoor areas including veranda. Light breakfast included (Norwegian). Smoking inside not allowed. Normally, someone will welcome guests on arrival, occasionally check-in using a key box. The space The house is located in a quiet and peaceful area, even if it is only 11-12 km to the airport. The guestroom and bathroom are in the basement, stairs down (14 steps). 140 cm wide bed, sofa bed (140 cm) for two additional people. An extra single bed (75 cm) can be used when there are three guests, then the sofa can be a sofa during the entire stay. TV via Apple TV. Kettle, coffee and tea available in the room. Refrigerator for guests in the hallway by the stairs. Breakfast will normally include home-baked bread, cheese, jam, cold cuts etc., a selection of cereals (types may vary), coffee and tea. Normally served in the period 6.30-9.30. Northern lights can often be seen outside in the autumn and winter, but not guaranteed! If guests arrive with a late flight, a later check-in than 23 can be arranged. We strongly recommend that guests use their own car, unfortunately few buses go here. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions :-) Guest access House owner's washing machine and tumble dryer available (by agreement). Small fridge for storing your own food available. Other things to note There is no cot, high chair or changing table available. A small dog may be visiting the main floor every now and then.
