Nestled in a quiet family-friendly neighborhood, this open layout guest house is right outside of town. Ideal base for working from out of town. Please ask us about longer stays. Perfectly situated just minutes away from restaurants, shopping, gas, wineries, Pangborn Airport, skiing, hiking, golfing, and more. This is the place to stay when you are visiting: Mission Ridge, Leavenworth, Lake Chelan and The Gorge Amphitheater. The space Welcome to The Cozy Coop! Our 540 sq. ft. guest house features everything you need, whether you’re visiting local attractions, working from home away from home, or simply getting away. We want you to feel right at home. We provide all the basics, plus lots of extras so you can relax and enjoy your stay. We care about the cleanliness of our home and the comfort you experience and we’re available to help make the most of your stay. There is also a small lawn area (*Working on updating fence.*) with chairs for you to step out of the house and enjoy some fresh air. Open Living Area: -Cozy living room. -Cute breakfast bar. -Desk for working from home. -TV with Roku (will need to use your own login for Netflix, Hulu, Disney, etc.) Sleeping Area: -Queen bed. -Curtain to separate the living room. Kitchen: -Stocked with all the cooking essentials. -Drip and Keurig Coffee makers -Tea Kettle Bathroom: -Shower -Includes all the necessities. Yard: -Guest designated yard. -*Working on updating fence.* -Chairs to sit out and enjoy the sunshine. -Small strawberry and flower garden in guest yard. Feel free to pick the strawberries when ripe. Guest access Keyless entry to the vacation rental. Guests have access to the entire 540 sq. ft. home and the small yard on the east side of the house (next to the provided gravel parking space). The gravel parking space is the only area guests can park in the driveway. For additional parking, there is free street parking. Other things to note -Our main residence is located on the property. -Please be aware our family often works and plays outside in the adjoining yard throughout the day. -We have chickens on the other side of the property. -We provide Roku with the TV so guests can login to their own favorite channels and apps.
