Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, this open layout guest house is right outside of town (est. 11 minute drive to downtown Wenatchee). Perfectly situated just minutes away from restaurants, shopping, gas, wineries, Pangborn Airport, skiing, hiking, golfing, and more. This is the place to stay when you are visiting, Mission Ridge (est. 27-minute drive), Leavenworth (est. 38-minute drive), Lake Chelan (est. 54-minute drive) and The Gorge Amphitheater (est. 50-minute drive). Our recently renovated 540 sq. ft. guest house features everything you need, whether you’re visiting local attractions, working from home away from home, or simply getting away. We want you to feel right at home. We provide all the basics, plus lots of extras so you can relax and enjoy your stay. We care about the cleanliness of our home and the comfort you experience and we’re available to help make the most of your stay. There is also a small lawn area (fully fenced) with chairs for you to step out of the house and enjoy some fresh air. Open Living Area: -Cozy living room. -Cute breakfast bar. -Desk for working from home. -TV with Roku (will need to use your own login for Netflix, Hulu, Disney, etc.) Sleeping Area: -Queen bed. -Curtain to separate the living room. Kitchen: -Stocked with all the cooking essentials. -Drip and Keurig Coffee makers -Tea Kettle Bathroom: -Shower -Includes all the necessities. Yard: -Guest designated yard. -Fully fenced. -Chairs to sit out and enjoy the sunshine. -Sun shade for the summer. -Small strawberry and flower garden in guest yard. Feel free to pick the strawberries when ripe. Keyless entry to the vacation rental. Guests have access to the entire 540 sq. ft. home and the fenced yard on the east side of the house (next to the provided gravel parking space). The gravel parking space is the only area guests can park in the driveway. For additional parking, there is free street parking. Let us know if you have any questions during your stay. Please keep all communication through the Airbnb app. Family-friendly and outside of the busyness of town. The neighborhood is great for taking walks or riding bikes. Grant Road is just down the street and will take you to the main parts of town. The closest bus stop (with Link Transit) is about a 15-minute walk away to Kentucky Avenue and Grant Road. -Our main residence is located on the property. -Please be aware our family often plays outside in the adjoining yard throughout the day. -During the week (Monday through Thursday) you may see different vehicles coming and going. Heather teaches piano lessons during the week. We will make sure vehicles do not block your parking space. -We have chickens and one rooster on the other side of the property. -We provide Roku with the TV so guests can login to their own favorite channels and apps.
