Solar Puerto Rico Apartment with Ocean View

A great place to get out of the family routine. Located 50 meters from the beach and very close to Vila de Porto, our apartment, located in Residencial Solar Puerto Rico, can provide that stay you've been looking for. The space If you need flexible check-in and check-out options, please don't hesitate to let me know. The energy is not included. The amount used during the stay will be charged. The apartment consists of: a living room, kitchen, balcony, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Parking is available for one vehicle on the premises. We offer all the bedding sets needed for the stay, as well as bath and face towels. We offer to change them every week, if the guest wants. Our living room consists of: a sofa bed, three paintings, a rack, a television, a dining table, six dining chairs and a small bookcase. The kitchen consists of: two sinks, a refrigerator, a cooktop, an electric oven, a microwave, an electric coffee maker, a sandwich maker, a blender and a water filter. In addition to the above, we have all the necessary utensils for the stay, such as dishes, cutlery, glasses, pots, pans and baking dishes. The first bedroom consists of: a double bed, a single bed, a television, a wardrobe, a blackout curtain, an air-conditioner and an attached bathroom. The second bedroom consists of: two single beds, a wardrobe, a blackout curtain and air-conditioning. Both bathrooms have an electric shower. On the balcony, there is a recreational table, four chairs, an electric table stove and a sink, not to mention the beautiful view that the place offers. We provide chairs and umbrellas for personal use on the beach. We can accommodate up to six people, three in the double bedroom, two in the other bedroom, and one on the sofa bed. Guest access The leisure area of the residence, located on the ground floor, consists of: a barbecue area, a swimming pool, as well as tables and chairs. As it is in the building, this area is open to all other guests, making it a shared area. By adhering to all the rules of the place, such as keeping the noise down and respecting the pool's hours, the guest has every right to enjoy it. Other things to note Energy is not included. You will be charged for the amount used during your stay. The value corresponding to each kilowatt-hour (KW) consumed will be R$1.00. The apartment is located on the second floor of the building, which can be accessed both by stairs and by elevator. Check in is from 2pm and check out is at 11am.
