Private In-law in Narragansett!

Newly built in 2022, this is a fully furnished In-law apartment in beautiful Narragansett. Two miles to Bonnet Shores, Ten minute drive to Newport and the Islands and six miles to URI. Perfect for visiting parents, professors and grad students. The space This cozy space is very private, comfortable and newly appointed. It is an in-law apartment attached to our home so it is owner occupied but it offers a separate exterior entrance. The apartment is comfortable for a short stay with a maximum of 2 people so we ask that you adhere to our house rules. The living area allows for you to lounge comfortably and the bedroom has a queen sized bed. There is a full kitchen with all of the necessities available. The apartment also has a washer and dryer for your convenience. Guest access Guests have full use of the apartment, which has a private entrance from the driveway, but the fenced backyard is unavailable to our guests. Other things to note We are adamant about a no smoking or vaping policy anywhere on the property-inside or outside. We ask that if guests must smoke they walk around the neighborhood. While we adore animals we cannot allow pets of any kind during your stay. We ourselves have dogs (that you may hear bark from time to time), therefore a no pet policy is strictly enforced. Because we live above the unit our guests may on occasion hear footsteps and voices from upstairs but there are usually just two of us and we are very cognizant of adhering to a “tread lightly” policy before 9 am and after 10 pm.
