Early Check-In? We’ll do our best! If the home is ready and no one checks out that day, you can check in early at no cost. If we have a same-day turnaround, early check-in may be available for a fee. Due to high demand, we can’t guarantee early check-in in advance—but we always do our best to have the house ready in advance; we'll keep you posted. To guarantee an early check-in, consider booking the night before or reaching out to add it for an extra cost. 2. Pool or Jacuzzi? Both! It’s a spool! Our cozy spool is a pool that transforms into a large jacuzzi overlooking the lake. Perfect for a relaxing bubbly evening. Ask us in advance to turn on the spa jets and the heat. 3. Heating the Pool/Spa? Yes, heating is available for an extra fee due to high gas prices in the desert. Just message us to arrange it! According to many guests, t’s worth every penny; it has been the highlight of their stay! 4. Lake Access? For your safety and in accordance with community rules, swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, and boating are not allowed in the lake—and violators may be fined up to $1,000. Catch and release fishing is also not permitted, as it can still harm the fish. But no worries! You’ll still get to enjoy the stunning lake views, with magical sunrises, sunsets, and visits from ducks, turtles, and fish—all from the comfort of your private backyard! 5. Are pets allowed? Pets are welcome with prior approval and a $200 pet fee. A refundable deposit may also be required. We kindly ask that guests clean up after their pets to help us keep the home, the yard and the community pristine for everyone. 6. How many parking spots are available? Villa Paradiso offers the longest private driveway in the whole community. You’ll have 6 private spots—2 in the garage and 4 on the driveway. No street parking allowed—fines up to $750 apply. 7. EV Charger? Yes! A Level 2 (40 amp) charger is in the garage—free to use and compatible with all EVs and hybrids. 8. Sleeping Arrangements? We offer 8 beds that sleep up to 14 people. • 3 Kings • 2 Fulls • 1 Queen sleeper sofa in the loft • 2 Twin pull-outs 9. Is there a bedroom downstairs? Yes! There’s a private bedroom with a king-size bed and an en suite bathroom that’s ideal for guests with disabilities. The bathroom features a walk-in shower (no bathtub), and there are no stairs to enter the home (just a 4-inch tall step). The entrance from the driveway is flat and wheelchair accessible. 10. BBQ Grill? Yes! It’s connected to the home’s natural gas—no propane tank needed. Please don’t move it from its original place. 11. Fire Pit? Guests love making s’mores by the lakefront fire pit — perfect for sunset views or stargazing under the dazzling desert sky. And the best part? It’s connected to natural gas, so no propane tanks needed! 11. Heater for chilly nights? Yes! And this one is where you’ll use a propane tank that you’ll find at the house. A patio tower heater is ready for you — just hook up the propane tank to warm up those chilly, cozy nights in your own private lakefront yard. 12. Baby/Toddler Gear? We provide a Pack ’n Play, high chair, and baby bathtub for your little one. If you need anything else, just let us know in advance — our 5-star team will do their best to make your stay as smooth and comfortable as possible! 13. Private Chef? Absolutely! Ask us—we’ll connect you with one of the top chefs in town for an unforgettable in-home dining experience. 14. Massage Therapists to relax in your wonderful lakefront patio? We can give you references of great massage therapists in the area. We don’t provide the service directly but know a few good ones! 15. Can we celebrate a bachelorette or birthday? Absolutely! Villa Paradiso is known for hosting unforgettable bachelorettes. We’re happy to refer you to local decor vendors. But please, just respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM, especially if you’re out on the patio. 15. Guest and Vehicle Registration For security purposes, all guests—regardless of how long they stay on the property—must be registered. The same applies to all vehicles. You’ll need to provide the full name (first and last) of every adult in your group. IDs will be checked at the entrance, and adding guests to your Airbnb booking is not enough, as Airbnb doesn’t share full names with us. Guests will NOT have access to the locked closets or the mailbox. Other things to note Your home features a spool -- short for spa + pool— which is a single body of water that blends the relaxing features of a spa with the refreshing qualities of a pool. The spool can be heated upon request. There is an additional nightly charge to heat the spool. Please reach out to the hosts to make arrangements for heating.
