Once you walk into the guest entrance you will see a stairwell. The Victorian, Garden, and Farmhouse rooms are located on the second floor as well as the shared full bathroom. At the base of the staircase you will find the amenities room. There you will have access to a small kitchenette. A microwave, toaster, tea/coffee station and a sitting area will be available to guests at all times. This is a shared space and is not included in the price of your stay but you are allowed to occupy this space during your stay. Our quaint little retail gift shop is located downstairs, accessible by entering through the main front entrance. Store hours are listed in the Rules. You will have access to • Your booked room • The shared bathroom • The amenities room • The walking path located outside during permitted hours • The gift shop during permitted hours of operation • The front patio and any outdoor seating areas • The fire pit- only excluded times are during red flag warnings/burn bans per local burning laws You may message or call us with any reason pertaining to your stay. We can be found in our store during hours of operation. We live on the premises so we won’t be far in case of an emergency. Located directly on Old Historic Route 66, our house is just on the outskirts of Baxter Springs. Only 2 minutes away from the very quiet and friendly town with shops and sites to see.
