Situated in the quiet community of Barney’s Bay at Struthers Lake, this spacious and serene space is perfect for your group getaway! With an indoor hot tub, top of the line appliances, a beautifully landscaped yard with Zen garden (seasonal), a fire pit for outside and a fireplace for inside, you get resort amenities in your own private oasis. The space Inside: Everything you need for your group or family getaway. Bring your favorite ingredients and prepare a meal together in the fully stocked kitchen. Get cozy in movie theater style chairs, turn on the Roku, and enjoy a movie by the fireplace, or unwind in the massage chair. Enjoy the beautiful views and fresh air during games night or with an evening in the indoor hot tub. For you and your guest's comfort each bedroom is it's own retreat, with it's own heat source and individual tvs. Share the loft with your bestie and enjoy beautiful views, and your own private bathroom. Stay on the main floor and retreat to the spacious queen, or have a slumber party in the bunk bed room. Outside: In the winter you’ll find the perfect terrain for snowmobiling or bundling up for a peaceful winter walk. In the summer you can enjoy the views from the seasonal sun room or spend some time outside exploring the countryside! Stay in the private yard and relax in the Zen Garden and end your day with a marshmallow roast around the fire. Guest access As a guest you'll have access to the whole home and yard with self entry. Other things to note The hot tub room is available year round. The sun room is seasonal. Dedicated work space is in a bedroom. Access to the lake on the Barney's Bay side is a public boat launch (no dock). There is a beach in the regional park on the other side of the lake, $10/day per car entry. Allergen alert: There are peanuts on site for a squirrel feeder. There is occasionally a small dog on site when guests are not present. Bunkbed: Please note, the top bunk will be made up automatically if you book for 5 or more guests. If you are booking for less than 5, and would like the top bunk made up, please let me know upon booking. There is no charge for this.
