You will be a five minute walk from the beach in an 872 sq. foot condo unit (Le Cartier) set in an ideal location. Three minute walk to Publix, CVS, Walgreens, many restaurants, and more. Covered parking and proximity to the Airport are among the advantages of staying in this vacation home. Perfect for families, friends, professionals, or retirees STR-01656 The space Featuring a master bedroom, a guest bedroom, a comfortable pull-out couch, and a crib, this accommodation with a centralized air-conditioner offers a great and comfortable home base for a maximum of 6 adults to rest, relax, and take a quick ride to all the best local favorites. The master bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, a 45" flat-screen TV, and has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo. The master bedroom is equipped with a wardrobe to store your personal belongings and a vanity mirror for everyday use for grooming. A foldable crib is available for use, making this condo a family-friendly rental. A guest toilet can be accessed from the family room and from the guest bedroom. The guest bedroom has two twin beds. The living/family room is set with two couches, one of which is a pull-out that can be used as an additional sleeping option for 2 people. A 55" flat-screen TV with a cable connection, a CD player, a Playstation Console (PS4), and Netflix streaming services are readily available for entertainment. A balcony is also an extension of the unit, simply separated from the living room by a glass door, which is a space to leisurely sit around in. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking facilities, fridge, freezer, stove, microwave, and kettle for easy and quick food preparation throughout your stay. Beach equipment such as an umbrella, tent, and chairs are also provided and can be used for free. Guests can benefit from the free wifi, telephone, and on-site private parking. Guest access All registered and declared guests will have access to all the accommodation’s amenities as well as the shared swimming pool and the building’s laundry area. Other things to note Here are some other things you need to know about my accommodation: 1. Guest online registration form is required to be completed for me to send you the check-in instructions 24hours before your arrival. Please make sure to read through my house rules and agree to them before confirming your reservation. 2. Security cameras are everywhere in the building/premises where my condo is located. We also have a “Ring” installed in the condo which guests can use to communicate directly with me in case of emergency by ringing the ring entry device. 3. The latest arrival time is at 10:00 PM as the process would need me to virtually open the entrance for you. If you are arriving later than 10:00 PM, please make sure to inform me in advance. 4. Late check-in from 11:00 PM to 1 AM is subject to an additional fee of $100 and $200 for late check-in from 1 AM until 7 AM. 5. Early check-in as early as 8:00 AM is possible for an additional fee of $60 and is subject to availability. A prior request is required. 6.
