The space Gite composed of a living room with equipped kitchen, dining room, living area with tv, DVD player. Floor: 3 bedrooms with FAN (one with a 140 bed + shower and sink, one with 1 140 bed, one with 2 bunk beds) (baby equipment available) bathroom, toilet. Exterior: Individual gardens with outdoor seating and deckchairs. The 5000 m² plot of the property gives free rein to different activities (outdoor games, or simply relaxation). Not to mention its heated and secure swimming pool open from May to September (weather permitting), SHARED with the 2 other cottages. Various games on the property (game structure with swing, ball games, small football goals, badminton net, ping pong table, foosball table, petanque court, shuffles, molkky, darts, pool games, board games, ...). Sunbeds and BBQ (excluding fire hazard period) Laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing table available. Towels and bed linen provided. Pool towels upon request. Welcome basket (coffee, tea, chocolate pods). Dish basket (towel, sponge, dish soap, 1 dishwasher tablet, hand soap, cleaning products). Hygiene products (shower gel, hand soaps). CLEANING 🧹🧽🫧OPTION (not calculated in the base price): €180. If you take the option: you're still responsible for leaving the accommodation in a respectable condition. If you do not take the cleaning option, you will have to leave the accommodation in the condition it was in (list of tasks to be done in the cottage), with an exit inventory. WARNING!!! NO NOISE AT NIGHT!!! We live in a hamlet with neighbors. Noisy behavior at night is PROHIBITED. Pets allowed UNDER CONDITIONS (check with the owners BEFORE your reservation): €30/stay/pet. (dogs kept on a leash), each owner must take responsibility and pick up the waste from their pet. Unfenced lot. Please note that dogs should only stay on the cottages area.
