On your check in date before 2pm, you will receive your check in instruction which contains front door password and room number. Please let me know if you haven't received those details by 2pm. A $50 refundable key deposit or ID may be needed at check in . You can stay here without room key too as all rooms are lockable from inside. If you require a staff to help you check in after 10pm, we charge a fee of $20. Early check in fee of $10 per hour applies for check in before 14:00. Alternatively, you can drop your luggage early with us for a fee of $20 before 10:00 or $10 between 10:00 and 12:00. Similarly, late check out fee of $10 per hour applies for check out after 10:00. Simply leave the room key in the lockbox when you check out If you have a car, You can look for on street parking in the neighbourhood, or rent a private parking spot from us for $20 per day, subject to availability. To add visitor(s), please modify to 2 or more people in booking or contact me directly If you turn up with more headcounts (infants and toddlers not allowed) than your original booking, then we have to charge you extra $30 per head / night or not able to allow you in the property. There will be no 5 star cleanliness, no soundproofing, cosmetic cracked windows in an old looking building. This is why we are listed as budget homestay/hostel not a hotel. 'Karens' will not find it comfortable here. Please make sure you have TRIPLE CHECK all the relevant pictures, size, description and reviews specific to the room you book. This is because we will not give any refund for last min cancellation if the rooms or house do not meet your expectation. To get to the property from airport, there are 2 options: 1) Skybus to Southern cross station, before taking a train to West Richmond station. Skybus runs every 15 mins 24/7. Train and trams operates 5am to 11pm. Total cost $30+ per person 2) Take a direct taxi $60-$80 or uber around $50-$60+. My housekeepers serve delicious all day breakfast or dinner to guests daily for just $10pp, please book in advance if you are interested. One of the reasons is that listings with less than avr 4/5 ratings can get suspended by airbnb. We are budget low quality accommodation suitable for non fussy guests who just want a place to crash for night. We cannot compete with boutique or 3 stars hotel. We do our best to make this place comfortable, but I am sorry we can never please a 'Karen'. If you are someone picky about the quality of a cheap accommodation please do not book here. I rather you cancel now and get a refund, than stay here and give a lower than 4/5 rating and make this yet another affordable place taken off airbnb. Thank you
