Quiet, central, cozy, 8 min. to Marienplatz

My apartment is about 48 m², and is located towards the courtyard with a south-facing balcony on the 5th floor. It has a large room, a small hallway, a kitchen that I also use as an office and a bathroom with bathtub. Although it is very central - 8 minutes from Marienplatz - it is very quiet and has a view over the rooftops of Munich. There is a large REWE market around the corner and an Asian restaurant with sushi downstairs. Various cool shops, restaurants, pubs, Gärtnerplatz and Isar are close. The space 2 double beds, cozy atmosphere, kitchen, desk, bathtub, a space to feel good! Guest access I only rent out the entire apartment.
