50 m2 gîte

Gîte located in a small country village 10 minutes from Is-sur-Tille (small town with all amenities). Gîte near the CEA of Valduc (15 minutes). The accommodation, about 50 m2, is located on the 1st floor of a detached house that shares the courtyard with our own house. Guests can park one to two cars in the enclosed courtyard. The space The gîte comprises of - a main room with equipped kitchen (oven, induction hobs, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, etc.), dining table for 4 people, 2 sofas, etc. - one bedroom with double bed and dressing room - one bedroom with bunk beds, shelves and desk - a bathroom with shower - a separate toilet with storage. Linens and hand towels provided. Guest access You have access to the entire accommodation, which is completely independent of our own house. Only the courtyard for parking cars is common but with different spaces. Other things to note We have a dog, an Australian shepherd, who will be kept on a leash or brought inside if you are afraid of dogs.
