The Loft - Lovely Self-Contained Rural Apartment

A light & airy studio apartment with kitchen and shower room. Enjoy fabulous views of the Leicestershire countryside. 2 folding single beds and a cot can be added to the smaller bedroom space upon request. The space The Loft is a purpose built studio apartment above a large double garage at the entrance to our property. The space is accessed via a single flight of stairs. The Loft is split into two spaces - a large studio and a small second bedroom. Up to 2 additional fold away beds and a cot can be provided in these 2 spaces - you can let us know what you prefer. **Our neighbours have begun work rebuilding their home on their plot next door. Building work is taking place Mon-Fri from 8am-4pm. We haven't found the work particularly disruptive, but if you were hoping for a long weekday lie in then it may be best not to book with us during this time.** Guest access The Loft is a self-sufficient space away from the main house. Guests are welcome to enjoy our orchard and field. Children will enjoy our rope swing and trampoline. The alarmed garage is available for guest use. For your security, we have a monitored camera system that covers all of the external area at Brook Dale. If you would like to welcome guests during your stay, please contact us prior to arrival. Other things to note We provide some items that we hope will make your stay with us easy and pleasant. We will make sure you have bread, butter and milk and provide everything you need to make tea and coffee (instant and ground). The Loft has a hob, cooker, microwave, toaster and all the kitchen equipment you need to make a meal. The shower room has shower gel, shampoo and conditioner for you to use. We provide towels and bedding for your stay. We have recently added a streaming player for the TV. Guests can choose to watch Freeview, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and streaming services at no additional cost.
