The space Dakota Lodge offers shared amenities including the largest pool in Keystone with slope views and two oversized hot tubs. And it's next to Dercum Square that features an ice rink during winter and a mini golf course during the summer. The entryway has mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a flat screen TV, a stone gas fireplace, and comfortable furniture. Step outside to the private balcony offering beautiful mountain and courtyard views. The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats four. The first of two full bathrooms is just off of the living area and features a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, a flat screen TV, and a skylight. The en suite bathroom with double sinks and a door separates the shower/tub combination and toilet area for added privacy The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed, a twin-over-full bunk bed, a flat screenTV, and a skylight. More space means daily housekeeping is not a cost-effective option, not to mention it would infringe on the home-like feel and added privacy a vacation rental offers. Here's what you can expect at one of our vacation rentals. We offer a departure clean and a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more. To restock or purchase any other needed items, we encourage guests to visit the local grocery store or take advantage of a grocery delivery service. We also offer 24/7 customer service with a full staff during the day and emergency on-call support overnight. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and maintenance services, but these are primarily for vacation rentals in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck the right balance as most of our guests are satisfied with their stays.
