Tiki Hut & Pool House - 7 Miles from Private Beach

Chill with the whole family at this fun and relaxing house less than 7 miles from the beach! The space This home is about a 12 minute drive to Johnson Beach - a private beach with paid access in Perdido Key. Our pool can be heated to 84 degrees for an additional $75 per night (most outdoor pools are 78-82 degrees). Let us know if this is an option you’d like as it takes 24 hours to heat up. We have Roku Smart TVs in the living room, 3 of the 4 bedrooms, and outside in the tiki hut. Guests will need to use their own app logins for TV watching and will be automatically logged out on their checkout day. Backyard is completely private with a refreshing salt water heated pool and a gas barbecue. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house and backyard with their own private entrance. This property provides secure, keyless entry with an August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with your smartphone or personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay. The garage & master closet will be locked and not available for guest use. Other things to note Outside fridge does not work and is in an antique just for looks. The outdoor bar sink is under maintenance as it has a large leak so for safety it has been turned off. This home is: 0.9 miles to the Naval Air Station Pensacola West Gate. You may be lucky enough to see & hear the Blue Angels practicing during your stay.
