- The Brilho das Ondas building is a few blocks from the beach - The apartment is in front. - It has a safety net on the windows - It has a private barbecue and private internet. - It has a garage for one car. - The building has elevator. - Comports up to 05 people comfortably. - We have an extra mattress available. - Our space accepts up to one pet at no extra charge. Obs. The balcony safety net is placed when requested by guests. The space - Apartment with two bedrooms, one of which is a suite. - The bathroom in the master suite and the guest bathroom have a gas shower. - It has air conditioning in the bedrooms. - The TV is smart and has open channels. - The kitchen has basic utensils for your stay. - We provide a barbecue skewer, coffee, coffee filter, salt and olive oil. - We provide bed linens, pillows and face towels. - Check-in after 3 p.m. - Check-out by 11 a.m. Guest access Guests will have access to all the rooms in the apartment. Other things to note - No extra guests or unauthorized visitors. - The pet must relieve itself outside the apartment and the building's indoor area. - Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. - Quiet hours and condominium rules must be respected. - Events or parties are prohibited. If any rule is broken, a fine of 800.00 reais will be charged at check-out.
