With a large backyard and cozy shared spaces, this house is ideal for longer stays (30-day minimum). Think of it more like a friendly roommate setup than a short-term rental. You'll have to make sure that the shared spaces are clean, everyone has a quick 15 min task every week to keep the place clean. Everyone here helps keep the home clean, especially in shared areas like the kitchen, living room, and office. The vibe is chill, respectful, and homey. 📍 Location: Nestled near I-35 & Slaughter Lane, just 5 minutes from Southpark Meadows—perfect for shopping, dining, and everyday errands. 🚗 Getting Around: Plenty of street and driveway parking.
