On about 45 - 60 sqm of living space you have a living room with a comfortable double sofa bed and fully equipped kitchen, a separate bedroom with a double bed and a large wardrobe and usually a TV in the bedroom. The fully equipped kitchen area offers you upscale equipment with technical appliances such as a kettle, toaster, mostly Senseo coffee machine, but also a microwave, oven with ceramic hob, freezer and refrigerator. The modernized bedroom has a comfortable double bed with a comfort height of about 60 cm, double USB sockets on both bedside tables, a large wardrobe with a functional cabinet in which the following things are located: ironing board and iron, rotary clothesline, vacuum cleaner and cleaning utensils as well as a first aid kit. There is also a safe for your valuables in the wardrobe. A blackout curtain on the balcony door and a fly screen door complete the whole. The bathroom is equipped with a rain shower and thermostatic battery, just set the desired temperature, done! The cozy living/dining area consists of a modern fitted kitchen with dishwasher, freezer and convection oven.
