Nestled in the countryside of Tulliemet, which is a 7 mile drive South of Pitlochry. Private parking on site. We welcome 1 well behaved pet to the property. The space A warm welcome to Smiddy Cottage which is a spacious self catering establishment for up to two people. The cottage was once a working smiddy and within the cottage you will find some of the original features. To enter the property there is 3 steps and there after the cottage is on the level. Smiddy Cottage has a large spacious living area, formal dining table and 4 dining chairs plus a kitchen area with a breakfast bar for less formal dining. The kitchen comprises of fridge/freezer, hob/oven, microwave, built in dishwasher plus all crockery requirements. The living area has a large 3 seater couch and a reclining chair. Freesat television and free Wi-Fi through out. Double French doors with stunning views of the surrounding countryside. The bedroom has a super kingsize bed that can be a twin on request. Large mirrored built in wardrobe with ample hanging and drawer space. Double aspect windows to front and back of property, with beautiful views of the countryside surrounding the cottage. The bathroom has a wonderful walk in shower, toilet and wash basin. Underfloor heating and heated towel rail. The price includes all electricity, heating, wi-fi, linen & towel sets. Welcome pack consists of tea, coffee, home baking and milk for guests that are staying for a week. Fire safety checks are carried out on a regular basis and documented. The central heating boiler is yearly checked and has an up to date certificate. No smoking property. Parking at the cottage.
