Small friendly country house ideal for rest and a good vacation close to a bakery. Epiry is located 10 minutes from the Baye pond, 20 minutes by car from Lake Pannecière, 10 minutes from shops by car. Close to Morvan Natural Park. Various sports and cultural activities are available to you in the area: hiking, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, visits to places like Vézelay, Bibracte, further on the Château de Guédelon... The space Old family house on 2 floors. You have a private enclosed courtyard in front of the house to park your car. You enter the house in the kitchen where you will find: a table, a fridge freezer, a washing machine, a gas stove-oven, a microwave oven, a toaster, a coffee maker, a kettle and a tassimo and everything you need for cooking. In the other room on the ground floor is the living room, dining room and a closet with dishes and a TV, and a piano (not tuned). You access the garden behind the house via a covered terrace with barbecue, lounge and garden table. The grounds are enclosed. Upstairs, a large landing with reading area serves the bathroom, toilet, a bedroom with a double bed of 140 x 190 with a wardrobe and a work table and a second bedroom with a double bed of 130 x 190 and a sofa bed of 130 x 190 and a wardrobe. We live in the same village and are available for any special requests. Feel free to ask questions or make requests, especially for hosting bikers and cyclists who travel light.
