Country cottage 10min from Faro & the Beach

Recently renovated, Casa da Eira is a typical Algarve terrace house set in the countryside but close to everything. Located near the National Park of Ria Formosa, it’s just a stone’s throw away from the city of Faro, 10min drive from the beach and the airport. It's countryside right by the city, making rural life very convenient and accessible. Ideal for couples or families with plenty of outside area, a vegetable garden and fruit trees you can help yourself to. The space Newly renovated self-contained two double bedroom house with one bathroom and a large terrace to enjoy the sunshine in privacy. It also has a dedicated seating area in front of the house. It’s fully furnished and includes all amenities. The kitchen is fully equipped and high-speed WiFi internet access is available. The accommodation sleeps ideally 4 people, in two bedrooms with one double bed each, but it can go up to 5 guests with the sofa bed in the living room. This makes it ideal for family vacations or holidays with friends. The standard night rate is for 1-2 people taking up 1 bedroom, any extra person will be 20€/night. Note on Cleaning Services & Policy: We take cleaning very seriously and do our best to ensure the cottage is spotless upon check in. We will give you a change of bed linen & towels weekly, by default. In order to respect your privacy, we will leave it in your very own dedicated laundry room, for you to change. If you would like anymore please let us know. Once you check in, there is no weekly cleaning service included, but it can be booked upon request for a 50€ fee. Other things to note FARO´S NEW MUNICIPAL TOURIST TAX As of 1st March 2020, a new Municipal Tourist Tax has been announced by Faro Council, which we will have to charge as an extra whilst the system doesn't do it automatically. The tourist tax is applicable to all guests, regardless of nationality or residence, aged 13y and over, per person, per night up to a max of 7 nights per stay.
