A house manager works daily to maintain the property and assist guests. Guest access The Guests will have access to the covered terrace and garden area directly in front of the Studio which includes a Braai/BBQ and secure, covered parking in the garage on the property. Other things to note Cape Town experiences water-scarce seasons so please be waterwise while here. South Africa does experience national power outages from time to time, however, the Villa is equipped with a backup generator which automatically supplies power, should this occur, for one's convenience but, more importantly, for security purposes. The Villa is situated in an upmarket neghbourhood, therefore, noise must be limited after 10pm.
