Le Rotaie – Station House

"Le Rotaie" is a comfortable and bright 65-sqm apartment, just 30 meters from Palermo Central Station. Recently renovated to offer a pleasant vacation to our guests, it is located on the first floor of a building, ideal for hosting a couple or a family for a total of 4 people. The location, a stone's from Piazza Giulio Cesare, allows you to easily reach all the main sites of interest and public transport terminals (tram, bus, train station). The space The indoor space is arranged as follows: - KITCHEN with kitchenette 4 burners, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, oven, microwave and dining table for four. - LIVING AREA with sofa bed for two, wardrobe, 32" Smart TV, balcony. - BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe, balcony. - BATHROOM with shower stall, washbasin, bidet and toilet. ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning with heat pumps (split in living area and bedroom bed), iron and ironing board, dryer, hairdryer. Guest access THE ENTIRE HOUSE IS FOR THE EXCLUSIVE USE OF GUESTS DURING THE STAY, AND THERE ARE NO SPACES SHARED WITH THE HOST OR OTHER TENANTS. Upon request, for bookings of two people, (before check-in) it is possible to sleep in separate rooms with a one-time supplement of €30 to be paid on site as a contribution to expenses. As per Italian law, a copy of a valid identity document of all guests, including children, is required and on-site presentation of the same to register on the police station portal. Other things to note We will be happy, IF POSSIBLE, to arrange early check-ins or late check-outs, if there are no other guests checking out/in.
