The space This is a NON-SMOKING, private* very clean, cute little studio with private entry, Parking available onsite with an electric charging station. (Note: for EV charging, please request ahead of time during booking). Studio includes bathroom, kitchen sink, electric stove top, refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, blender, coffee maker. Plush Hybrid queen size bed, 2 Memory Foam Twin beds, a small desk/dining table, closet. HOT TUB, Outdoor seating, Dining Table, Gas Firepit and Gas Grill. Your complete privacy is respected while you are using the HOT TUB. Please do keep noise levels to a peaceful & moderate level. (NOTE: Hot Tub is available year round). EXTRAS *We provide beach towels for you to use at the studio or at the beach. *We have 2 kayaks available for your use, please make your request in advance. (PLEASE NOTE: ALL GUESTS ARE REQUIRED TO SIGN A "WAIVER RELEASE OF LIABILITY BEFORE USING KAYAKS AND HOT TUB). CLEANING PROCEEDURES Our cleaning procedures include the following for each guest stay: • Washing on ‘Heavy Duty’ cycle of ALL bedding, including, bath towels, wash clothes, hand towels and bathroom floor mat, area rugs. • Sanitize and Disinfecting of Floors, Restroom, Kitchenette, Furniture, All High Touch Surfaces such as (door knobs, keys, key locks, light switches, faucet and sink handles, TV, remote controls and all other items that are frequently touched). To Help avoid cross-contamination, the proper hand hygiene is followed as well as protective equipment such as disposable gloves, gown and mask are worn during cleaning process. REGARDING HOT TUB RULES: Guests are expected to adhere to these common guidelines: • NO Pregnant women, children and those with heart disease, ASK your doctor before getting in if you take medicines or have medical condition. • Do not swallow water from the hot tub. • Shower or bathe with soap before entering the hot tub. • Don’t get in hot tub if you have open sores or wounds, or cuts, or diarrhea. • Do not use drugs or alcohol before or during the use of the hot tub to avoid the effects of hyperthermia, unconsciousness and possible drowning. • No pets, urination, or procreation allowed in the hot tub. • Prolonged immersion in the hot tub may be injurious to your health, It is best to not soak longer than for 30 minute sessions. • Get out if you feel dizzy, overheated, nauseous, or unwell. • Be careful when getting out so you don’t slip and fall • Close the lid when you are finished • Always cover the hot tub after each use and secure the straps to ensure the safety of children that are visiting. • Do Not sit, lay or stand on the hot tub cover Guests can access the studio by going down either the side stairs on the LEFT side of the home which has handrails or guests can access the studio on the RIGHT side of the home where there is a set of stairs and gravel pathway just through the bamboo arches which offers a nice sandscape but doesn't provide handrails and is a little bit steeper. There is a key lock box located for contact free check-in. Host will send check in details to guest(s) the morning of arrival date. I am always excited when I get an opportunity to meet my guests, but understand those that want their space. My guests can reach out to me anytime via email, text, or cell. Seaside Studio is nestled in the heart of Birch Bay, within walking distance to beach front and Birch Bay State Park. If Kayaking is your thing - Inlet is just a few steps away from your back patio! FREE PARKING ON-SITE: There are 2 parking spaces located at the top right side of the driveway dedicated for guest parking. There is a sign posted stating “Guest Parking”. FREE EV CAR CHARGING: There is a space on-site with an electric vehicle charging station available at no-charge to guests. Guests must PRE-RESERVE spot with host before arriving.
