The space Build in 1884, this lovingly restored Victorian is over 2500 sq ft of comfort, gathering, and relaxing space. * 4 King Beds (2 King beds + 2 IKEA expandable twin-to-king bed) & bunkbeds * A quiet neighborhood within easy walking distance of Saint Augustine's historical and culinary delights * Deep porch with living room-style antique seating amidst tropical plants *Dedicated outdoor dining area under the shade of a giant magnolia (or under the solar-powered lights draped from the magnolia) * Off-street paved parking and walkways (driveway with 3 parking spaces) * Fast Wi-Fi (with repeaters to extend fast coverage to the entirety of the home) and Smart TV * Two blocks to Fish Camp, Ice Plant and Blue Hen; a ten minute walk to the center of Saint Augustine (Floridan, Sun Day, etc., etc.!). *Ten minute drive to Vilano, Saint Augustine beaches + Anastasia State Park (for the most gorgeous beach in NE FL, we recommend an excursion to Matanzas Inlet, 20-25 mins to the south) Pick the Florida room for work or contemplative reading, the movie room for family fun, the gym to destress, and inside and outside dedicated dining spaces to gather. Guest access Guest will have easy keypad access & the entire house, porch, outdoor dining area - as well as front and back yards to yourself! Other things to note Dogs - Well behaved dogs (2 maximum) who are up to date on their flea/tick prevention will be welcomed with a $150 pet fee to cover the deep cleaning we do after each pet visit. Please be sure to pick up after your dogs. Young kids - the property has books, cutlery & dishes, toys. Note that we have a swing set in the front yard and a pool in the backyard. These are both available for use - BUT (1) are not made for adults and (2) children MUST BE SUPERVISED at all time.
