Charming village house, convenient to vineyards

“The 1879 House” has all modern amenities and is convenient to the vineyards and Beaune. Recently rated 3* (classé 3 étoiles). Perfect for 1 or 2 couples or a small group (up to 5) wishing to explore Burgundy; easy driving to Beaune (8km/5mi) and local wine regions (e.g. Savigny-lès-Beaune 5km/3mi, Meursault 10km/7mi, Chassagne-Montrachet 21km/13mi, Nuit-Saint-Georges 21km/13mi). Most appliances and furniture are new (2022). There is hi-speed WiFi throughout the house, and 2 desks with monitors. The space “The 1879 House” is fully furnished (most appliances and furniture purchased in (2022)). There is hi-speed WiFi (Orange Livebox 5) throughout the house, and 2 desks with monitors for anyone who wishes to do a bit work while enjoying the wonders of Burgundy. The main and second bedrooms have a queen bed, and the third bedroom has a single day bed (note: the third bedroom is not private / independent; it is on a large open landing between the two other bedrooms). There are two full bathrooms (each with 2 basins), one upstairs and one downstairs. The bathroom downstairs has a beautiful bath-tub and a separate toilet and the bathroom upstairs has a shower. Fully-fitted kitchen for anyone who likes to cook. Dining area for 6 people, and comfortable living area with a large TV. There is a washing machine and dryer. No pets of any kind permitted. No smoking permitted inside (including electronic devices). House may be unsuitable for the elderly or children under 6 years old, as there are stairs. Guest access All of the house except the attic and the small attic, mainly for safety reasons (unfinished). Other things to note Unfortunately, because of narrow stairs, this house is not suitable for less-abled or differently-abled people.
