When you enter the building, climb two flights of stairs. The flat is then on the right-hand side. ATTENTION: Unfortunately, there is no lift. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by the two spacious bedrooms on the north side, straight ahead you will enter the modern bathroom and on the left you will find the fully equipped kitchen and the cosy living room with two sofa beds. The high-quality parquet flooring and the Italian tiles in concrete design in the kitchen create a homely atmosphere. From the living room you can access the spacious south-facing balcony, where you can enjoy the evening, while the large bedroom offers access to a smaller north-facing balcony, from which you have a view of the gardens of the neighbouring houses. There is a free washing machine in the basement and the laundry room also leads to the garden where you will find the bins. Come by and experience the perfect flat for your next stay. Guest access On the entrance level, in the laundry room, you will find the washing machine provided for you. When you enter the front door, the door to the laundry room is at the back on the left. The washing machine reserved for you is on the far right (label DykeView Apartments). You will find the key for the socket in the kitchen on the right behind the curtain. From the laundry room, a door leads to a courtyard where the bins are located. Other things to note The accommodation has its own parking space. This is located in front of the garage to the left of the house entrance and is marked with a parking sign with our company name (DykeView Apartments).
