Second bed is a top quality hide-a-bed with upgraded gel mattress. *The luxury bathroom boosts a large glass and tiled shower. For your convenience, the vanity is stocked with a variety of products that you may have forgotten to bring from home. * The kitchen inventory will meet all of your needs. Stocked with: - pots, pans, Lagostina backware, Kitchen Aid utensils, and a new dinnerware set with service for 8. - added touches such as a popcorn maker, waffle maker, rice cooker, drip coffee pot, coffee bean grinder and an assortment of coffee and tea. * Curl up by the fireplace and watch TV; grab a book to read or play a board game. The suite is insulated with sound deadening and anti-rattle bars on top of the drywall. The furnance room is also insulated with sound deadening - these features make the suite extremely quiet! Other things to note Our location is in the Sutherland area and pretty much central in the city. Our home is on a very quiet street. The University of Saskatchewan and Royal University Hospital is less than a 5 minute drive. The downtown core is a short drive as well. We are also closely situated to Preston Crossing Shopping Mall, Sobey's Grocery and Liquor Store, Canadian Tire and Co-op Gas Bar. Numerous restaurants are close by too.
