Rustic home with pool outside and bbq grill. Right off Yarbrough close to many shopping centers and less than 5min to I-10. We welcome everyone, for short or long stays. If you want the pool heated we need 24 hour notice and there’s a $100 charge per day. We don’t do only one night heating. The space Want to spend time with your entire family? Look no further we’ll love to host y’all! This 4 bedroom 4 bath home fits up to 12people. An amazing backyard with an outdoor kitchen it’s perfect to have your family over. As you enter the home with the self check in code you’ll be welcomed by an open concept kitchen and living room. To the left you’ll find the formal dining room modernly rustic decorated. With huge island with stool seating plus two separate dining tables there’s plenty of space for 10 people to seat together for a meal. There’s another small den in between the dining room and kitchen that heads out to the outdoor kitchen and pool plus playground area. The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need, pots and pans to cook plus stainless steel appliance throughout including a dishwasher, double oven, microwave, full range and Long Island. There’s a total of 4 bedrooms in the home, there’s also 4 full bathrooms total all with great showers and water pressure. The master suite features a king size bed, both down & down alternative pillows, beautiful modern decor. Theres a smart TV available for use, a “Might have Forgotten” basket for our guests. A Master bathroom with tub and walk in closet. The 3 other bedrooms has queen size beds with down & down alternative pillows and rustic decor. There’s a hallway bathroom with a shower with great water pressure and a double vanity. Along with a space for children, with 4 single beds available. Please feel free to use any of the toiletries we left behind for our guests. This home is complete with an easy to use washer and dryer. AC and heating is controlled by one central thermostat meaning the same temperature will be shared between the entire house. If you need an extra heater or fan, please let me know. Guest access There is a parking spot out front on the driveway. We are not allowing the use for the garage at the moment. Guests have access to the whole home, including the backyard with pool and outdoor kitchen. Please make sure to read and follow the house rules! Are we booked for your preferred dates?
