In the middle of the vineyards, on the hillside of the picturesque village of Châteauneuf-de-Gadagne, the rental is on a beautiful renovated bastide with a maximum of 10 beds (for 6 adults maximum). In order for everyone to have their independence and privacy, bedrooms 1,3 and 4 have their entrance, bathroom with shower or bathtub, toilet and TV. By a steep staircase (not suitable for very young children), we access a 9m² mezzanine with 2 beds of 80×200. ** Bedroom 4 is 22m². It has a bed of 180×200 with a large terrace of 18 m² with views of the Ventoux and the lace of Montmirail. It has 1 TV, 1 sink, 1 island bathtub and a separate toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped. Guest access The house is privatized during your stay so you can have a good vacation. Other things to note The house cannot accommodate more than 6 adults and 4 children or 4 adults and 6 children. The inside of the house is non-smoking but many ashtrays are available outside. The house will have to be left clean, as you found it. You can also take a cleaning package of 260 euros. Even with the cleaning package, the kitchen and barbecue will need to be cleaned with the fridge, oven, microwave, coffee makers cleaned. The dishwasher should be emptied and the dishes clean and tidy.
