Steps to downtown, pet friendly, by Starved Rock!

Welcome to our Downtown Dwelling! This home is located 4 blocks from Washington Park in the heart of downtown Ottawa. Enjoy your day hiking the trails and seeing the beautiful waterfalls at Starved Rock State Park, then come back and take a short stroll downtown to enjoy the numerous festivities and restaurants Ottawa has to offer! The space This house is cozy and comfortable, being roughly 600 square feet total. It offers a full sized kitchen, with everything needed to cook a family dinner. Beautifully remodeled bathroom with stand-up, walk-in shower. We offer a queen size bed with ample storage for clothes and a dedicated work space for traveling workers. In the living room we offer a queen sized pull out couch with a 55 inch TV and plenty of games for the kids. Additional info: We love sharing our home with all our guests. However, due to prior disrespectful renters and property damage we will only accept booking requests from: -- Renters who are above the age of 22. --Renters who will be staying during the reservation and are not booking for someone else. Although we are pet friendly, we do require a $90 pet fee as we have had to replace sheets, carpets, and blinds from our furry guests. Other things to note Our home is located in the heart of downtown Ottawa. With this location, comes train noise. We are right next to an abandoned train track, which should not provide any noise. However, we are about 3 blocks from an active train track. Whistles may be heard every few hours throughout the day and night. They are faint but still may be noticeable if you are not used that kind of noise. We do provide a noise machine and earplugs for guests who may be light sleepers. Please park perpendicular to the driveway as it is a little steep. You can also park in the paved driveway next to ours. (Please see our listing pictures for more info)
