This seaside coastal villa will become part of an experience of a lifetime featuring 11,840 sq ft | 1,100 sqm of multi-level living space on 60,000 sqm | 15 acres of property. The house was designed using sustainably-sourced materials and high-end wood to create unique homes that are truly one with their surroundings. Lots of open living spaces and comfortable spaces to relax and enjoy out-of-this-world views and sea breezes. On the TOP FLOOR you’ll find: - A nature-infused living room and a perfect place to relax with a nice breeze or nap in the hammock during downtime from daily activities and the beach. - A stunning oceanview infinity pool on the deck. Guest access You’ll have exclusive access to Casa Chicatana. Other things to note Must climb stairs and some rugged terrain around the property. WiFi, bed linens, beach and bath towels, beach essentials & beach chairs are provided free during your stay. There’s also free parking on premises for 8 vehicles. Casa Chicanta, Reserva El Torón is 20 minutes from town. You must know that the access is not really easy in case you dont have car. Please bring with you all the things you will need for your stance. Daily basic housekeeping service is included. Some bath essentials are provided in each villa like toilet paper, soap, body wash, body lotion, shampoo & conditioner. These items are not replenished, however. When you need more, you’ll need to purchase more.
