It's a quiet and serene getaway only walking distance from downtown Palm Springs, entertainment, dining, culture, shopping, amazing hiking and casinos nearby. There's so much to experience in and out of season. The space The standard rental includes the entire condo. It is a 1 bedroom (queen bed) 1 bathroom unit. Per Palm Springs city law, events (ie weddings, parties, commercial photo shoots, filming, etc are not allowed.) All of the above require city permits; please contact the city directly if you are looking for a space for these types of gatherings. As much as I love animals, there are No Pets allowed on this property. Guest access Guests will have private access to the entire condo, however all common areas are shared with other tenants at the Biarritz. Our pricing changes constantly and is based on the date, day, number of guests, season and current events in Palm Springs. Our pool and spa are chlorinated so please rinse after swimming!
