Welcome to our tranquil garden apartment on a quiet residential street near the university and all Hyde Park attractions. Enjoy morning light through picture windows in the spacious living room and adjacent kitchenette. Breakfast on the patio or garden bench on a sunny morning. Stroll to one of 20+ eateries within four blocks. This is our home, so we are mostly upstairs or nearby if needed. Access is private via back gate just off the parking lot with reserved parking space. The space The garden apartment comprises the first floor of our three-story townhome, with a private back yard entrance. It features a roomy living room and adjacent kitchenette with two-seat dining table, lit by a bank of floor-to-ceiling windows and a view of our back patio and picturesque garden, with dining table and parasol. The living room has a 50" Roku TV, fold-out futon sofa (full), stationary bicycle, and lots of books. The kitchenette has a mini-fridge, microwave, induction cookplate, electric kettle, toaster, French Press for coffee, and a functional assortment of tableware, cooking implements, and basic ingredients, oils, spices. The sink is in the adjacent laundry room, with washer, dryer and washup provisions. In the bedroom at the end of the hall you'll have a queen bed with memory foam topper, large dresser, small closet, iron and board, and a work space by the window. The bathroom is small but functional, newly renovated with a shower stall. Guest access You'll have full access to the patio and garden - smoking is allowed only on the bench by the shed. Other things to note Three basic requirements: 1) Primary guest must be at least 25 with past Airbnb stays/reviews. 2) Profile photo must be clearly recognizable full face, with verified full name at the time of booking. (We may ask for a govt-issued ID before check-in for confirmation.) 2) Ensure that you can have the Airbnb app on your phone with notifications/SMS enabled for communication.
