Make the most of your Palm Springs getaway in our unique, solar powered, mid-century jewel! Take a luxurious swim in an enormous, 40 x 20 ft waterfall-adorned pool; unwind beneath the stars in a bubbling hot tub; or simply bask in the A/C and watch movies on a huge projector screen. If you're feeling TOO relaxed, take a stroll through historic Movie Colony East to Downtown to find the action! Indoor/outdoor comforts, central location and a fun vibe makes The Flamingo-A-Go-Go your perfect escape! The space Welcome to our vacation home nestled in peaceful Palm Springs! The space is perfect for 2-4 people, the interior is 1000 sq feet and entire property 6,000 sq feet. We also hope you spend all day, every day, in the glorious 40x20 pool. This house is designed for people who like to explore, have fun and appreciate unique touches. Bikes, pool toys, and a well-equipped kitchen are provided to prevent extra spending that usually occurs on vacation. Unlike many homes in the area, we are not operated by a rental management company- we hope to give you the privacy, personal touches and less costs that we appreciate when traveling. Because this is our loved escape away from the city, you may find a cabinet or two locked with personal items. Rest assured, you will have plenty of additional space for your luxuries :) The living room has a 10 ft automatic projector screen hidden from view when not in use. For those who like to cozy up and doze off while binge-watching, a Roku TV is mounted in both the Cowboy bedroom and Diva Bedroom. Both bedrooms are provided with queen-sized, memory foam beds and solid doors for optimum privacy, noise reduction and overall peaceful sleep. Feel free to use the washer/dryer in the garage- you're in a fashionable town, gotta keep it fresh! Other things to note We encourage our guests to enjoy dining on the patio and relaxing in the pool at any temperature. During the months Nov- early March, we recommend heating the pool, which is an extra charge of $125 per day. If you would like the pool to be heated, we will require a payment 48 hours in advance, so it will be nice and toasty upon your arrival. The hot tub/spa is voice-activated and no additional charge. A technician arrives Thursday and Monday mornings to clean the pool, and will briefly have access to the property. We are sure your pets are great! And that your kids will someday earn that level of undying love. Unfortunately there are absolutely no pets or children under the age of 12 allowed on the property.
