It is the ideal place for a business trip, a visit to the North West University, attending sports events or athletes training at the CHHP. We are also perfectly situated for anyone attending the Aardklop Arts Festival. The self-contained unit has a functional kitchen and en-suite bathroom. For those that needs some work done there is a small desk. Outside seating available in the courtyard or front garden. The area is very safe. There is a park area next to the river with picnic area and walking trails. Guest access Guests use a shared entrance to the courtyard but has a private entrance to the unit. Guest are most welcome to sit outside in the courtyard and front garden. Other things to note We have a lovely and safe green area only 100m away. Here you can go for a stroll next to the river or a run on the well maintained foot paths. If good coffee is your thing I can highly recommend TORO a short walk or drive away. There are also plenty of restaurants and takeaways nearby on the Bult. For groeceries the Bult Spar and OK Cachet Park is within walking distance. Pick n Pay, Checkers and Woolworths are only a short drive away. Checkers 60/60 also delivers within the area. For long-stay guests special arrangements can be made for laundry.
