License number: HI-60121-F EPC rating: B The space Cawdor apartment is a first floor living space with one double room, and the option to sleep two additional guests with a sofa bed in the living area. A welcome tray with tea, coffee and biscuits is provided upon arrival to help guests settle into the apartment. All bed linen and towels are included free of charge, with added extras such as shampoo and conditioner, to make your stay that bit more relaxing. Free parking is available in the car park in front of the apartment building, on a first come first served basis. Other things to note We welcome well behaved dogs to our apartment. We kindly ask that dogs are kept off beds and seating and that dirty paws are wiped before entering the apartment. Please do not leave your dog alone in the apartment for extended periods of time. Please ensure all poo is lifted and disposed of appropriately. There is a £10 surcharge per stay. Please place this in an envelope with your name on and post it in the mailbox at the front door.
