Welcome to our thoughtfully designed private guest room with an entrance to a lovely patio and private bathroom. You are only: 2 miles to Milpitas Bart station (Visit SF, more places) 4 miles to SJC airport, Bay 101 Casino, and Casino M8trix 5 miles to San Pedro Square (Food court + Beer) 7 miles to Santana Row, Valleyfair (Malls) 9 miles to SAP center (Event center) The space *** Only 2 registered guests are permitted in the Airbnb. Please be respectful and do not have a group of visitors. *** Please note: The space is a hotel style with NO kitchen. It has a queen-sized bed, fold-out table/workspace, luggage rack, mini fridge, kettle, microwave, iron, ironing board, paper plates, and bowls with plastic utensils. Situated in a tranquil and secure neighborhood. The private guest room features its own entry with a sliding door entrance. Adjacent to the entrance, there's a charming outdoor seating area for sunny days, though we secure it on rainy days for preservation. A designated free parking spot is provided on the far left side of the driveway, directly in front of the garage. Additional free street parking is available for a second car. Bedding and linens are washed before each reservation. Frequent touch surfaces are sanitized for guest safety. WiFi is available throughout the space. Room temperature AC/Heating cannot be controlled in this room. We have a heat/pump system installed for the entire house. The majority of the time it’s quiet. However, we can’t guarantee complete quiet, as there may be some daytime dog barking, but it’s not constant throughout day/night. Guest access Guests enjoy exclusive access to a private entry, patio, and bathroom. During your stay My family and I will be reachable to address your requests through Airbnb messages. Other things to note • My family has a Labrador/terrier, medium size dog named Bowser in the backyard, but we will make sure to keep him on his side. • We are live-in hosts, available nearby to accommodate your needs. • This room is within our family's house, ensuring your privacy with a shared wall, except for the shared backyard.
