Welcome to the "Tree House" in Atlanta's popular Edgewood neighborhood! This unique and tranquil space offers tons of natural light, privacy, and quick access to all the city has to offer. The gorgeous, brand new guesthouse with its modern interior, huge outdoor space, and comfy bedroom is a perfect home away from home for your Atlanta experience. The space This is a stand alone, one bedroom guest house located within a fenced-in backyard. There is a private entrance with contactless check-in. The house has one bedroom with a built-in closet and queen bed. An air mattress for additional guests can be requested. A bathroom with a bath and shower is located next to the bedroom. Upstairs includes a lofted office space with dual monitors, a standing desk, and office chair. The living space includes a full kitchen and dining room table, comfortable couch, smart TV, and indoor fireplace. Wifi is also offered in the building. The outdoor space includes a huge patio with dining table, fire pit, tree swing, and yard -great for kids- (shared with the main house). The "Tree House" is located in the Edgewood neighborhood of Atlanta and is walking distance to MARTA (5 minutes) as well as bars and restaurants (5 to 10 minutes). Downtown Atlanta is a 10 minute drive or 15 minute MARTA ride. The World of Coca Cola is a 15 minute drive or 20-30 minute ride by public transportation. Mercedes Benz Stadium is also a 15 minute drive or 20-30 minute ride by public transportation. Centennial Olympic Park is also a 15 minute drive. We are minutes from Krog Street Market, Candler Park, and Pullman Yards. Guest access Guests will be able to walk to the Edgewood-Candler Park MARTA station in minutes. Walkable restaurants nearby include Vin ATL (a wine-tasting bar), Pullman Yards (trendy spot for entertainment, drinks, and food), El Tesoro (Mexican restaurant), and others. Five minute drive to Little Five Points and Krog Street Market. Guests can park on the street for free - the street is extra wide and there is plenty of free parking. If needed, the guest can coordinate with me ahead of time to see if parking within the gated area of the driveway is available. Keyless entry allows guests to check in online and enter home using a unique door code. The guesthouse will be exclusively for the use of the guests. The outdoor space is shared, but we tend not to use it when we have guests. Other things to note For long term rentals (one week or longer), we may be able to coordinate with guests to provide access to laundry in the main house. Guests must request this in advance.
