The 18th century, converted barn, is perfectly located to explore Ireland’s sunny south east. Just 10 min by car from Waterford city centre you are right at the heart of the south east, the perfect base to explore the famous sites of county Waterford, county Kilkenny, county Tipperary and county Wexford. Visit the beautiful gardens of Mount Congreve or Woodstock gardens. The barn has an open plan layout, where you can relax beside the cosy stove and plan your next day’s adventure. The space The barn is all open plan, with the bedroom upstairs and the living area and kitchen downstairs. Please be aware that there are cats living on the property, unfortunately the can climb over gates. There is also a dog living on the property, however he can’t climb over gates so you won’t see him around. Guest access Guests have access to the whole place, the only thing shared is the driveway. Other things to note Please try to not let the cats inside. Our home is on the same property as the barn but you will not really see us during your stay. Please turn off all lights and TV’s and please close all windows when leaving for the day and when checking out. Please no candles Please, please be aware that there is a roof beam on top of the stairs, there are signs on it and I will also remind you of it in the check in video. Might not suits older people, due to the stairs and bathtub, please be aware of this before booking.
