This is a one bedroom apartment on the second floor. Please note that there is no lift in the building! There is air conditioner unit in the living-room. A very nice and relaxing balcony facing a golf field surrounded with pine trees. There is also a barbecue. It is higly advised to have a car. There is free parking in front of the building.
