 Our space is excellent for happy big families, couples, co-workers, students, business travelers & soul seekers. Note: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy prohibiting parties, intoxicated behavior, illegal drugs, and smoking of any kind inside the property, with violations resulting in an automatic $5,000 fine. The homeowner only stays downstairs occasionally for 1-2 nights before going back to their main home, so you don't need to worry about making noise or disturbing them. There are no restrictions, so feel free to make yourself at home and do whatever you'd like.
